We accept eligible returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original condition with tags attached. Approved returns are issued as store credit only.
No. All approved returns are issued as store credit in the form of a Lux By Elior e-gift card.
Yes. Shapewear, clearance items, promotional pieces, pop-up purchases, and international orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
