  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout. Lux By Elior is not responsible for:

  • Packages delayed or returned due to an incorrect address
  • Packages marked “Delivered” but not received
  • Lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after delivery

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, store credit (minus shipping) will be issued.

International Orders

Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary by destination.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven't received your package:

  • Contact USPS or UPS to open a Missing Package Claim
  • Email us your claim number at hello@luxbyelior.com

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photo(s) so we can assist you.
