Return & Exchange Eligibility

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for store credit only.

  • Your request must be submitted within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must be free of stains, odors, deodorant, makeup marks, or damage.

Items returned in less-than-perfect condition will be rejected and sent back to you.

Once your request is accepted, a return shipping label will be emailed to you along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without an approved request will not be accepted.

Return Window

After submitting your return or exchange request, you have 3 days to ship your package. If it is not shipped within 3 days, the request will be automatically voided.

Once your return is received and passes inspection, store credit will be issued via a Lux By Elior e-gift card within 3–7 business days. Exchanges may also be completed directly through the return portal.

Please note: $12.99 restocking/handling fee will be deducted from your gift card amount. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.

Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, start a return at

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Shapewear
  • LUX CLEARANCE Collection
  • PR items, gifts, or promotional pieces
  • Pop-up shop purchases
  • International orders

All sales are final for these categories.

Incorrect Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. If you need to correct your address, email hello@luxbyelior.com within 24 hours of ordering, or use our contact form:

Once shipped, we cannot make changes and are not responsible for packages lost or returned due to incorrect addresses. If your order returns to us, store credit (minus shipping) will be issued.

Missing, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

  • Contact USPS/UPS to open a Missing Package Claim.
  • Email us the claim number.

We cannot assist until the claim is filed, as carriers require the customer to initiate it.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Please email us within 24 hours of purchase for changes or cancellations. Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
