Refunds & Returns
Approved returns are eligible for store credit in the form of an e-gift card only.
To qualify for a return, items must be requested within 15 days of delivery, unworn, unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition with all original tags attached. Items must be free of stains, odors, or damage.
If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
The cost of the return label will be deducted from your store credit amount once processed.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
The following items are not eligible for return: shapewear, sale items, PR gifts, worn or damaged items, pop-up shop purchases, LUX CLEARANCE Collection, and international orders.
Once your return is approved and received, store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days via email in the form of a Lux By Elior e-gift card.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or color, please return the item for store credit and place a new order.
Shipping
Orders typically ships within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
We offer a “Skip the Line” option for next-business-day processing (not expedited shipping).
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days after shipment
Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days within the U.S.
All orders include a tracking number. You can track your order anytime here: Track Your Order.
Please note that courier delays are beyond our control and not our responsibility.
Incorrect Address
Please email hello@luxbyelior.com within 24 hours if you entered an incorrect shipping address. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make address changes.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, store credit (excluding shipping costs) will be issued.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase by emailing hello@luxbyelior.com with the subject line “Cancel My Order.”
Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the damage. Once reviewed, a replacement will be issued at no charge if approved.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Lux By Elior is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages once tracking confirms delivery.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact UPS or USPS directly to open a missing package claim before reaching out to us.
We cannot assist without a valid claim. Once you have filed, please email us the claim number so we can help further.
