Thank you for shopping with Lux By Elior. We’re honored to serve you, and our desire is that every experience with us is seamless, uplifting, and grace-filled.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
All approved returns and exchanges are issued as store credit only in the form of a Lux By Elior e-gift card. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:
• Your request must be submitted within 15 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Items must be free of stains, odors, deodorant, makeup, or damage.

Items that do not meet these standards will be rejected and sent back to you.

To submit a return or exchange request, please use our online portal:

Once your request is approved, a return shipping label and instructions will be emailed to you. Your package must be shipped within 3 days of starting the request. If the package is not scanned in transit within 3 days, the request may be voided.

After your return is received and passes inspection, store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days via email. A restocking fee and the original shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Items marked Final Sale
• Shapewear
• LUX CLEARANCE collection
• PR gifts or promotional pieces
• Pop-up shop purchases
• International orders

Shipping
Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

The “Skip the Line” option speeds up order processing only and is not expedited shipping. Delivery time depends on the carrier and destination.

Once an order has shipped, any carrier delays are outside of our control.

Incorrect Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you need to correct an address, email hello@luxbyelior.com within 24 hours of purchase.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, store credit (minus shipping costs) will be issued once the package is received.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Lux By Elior is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages once tracking shows “Delivered.”

If this happens:
• Please contact the carrier (UPS, USPS, or FedEx) to open a Missing Package Claim.
• After filing, email us your claim number so we can review and assist where possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please email hello@luxbyelior.com within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
